Alicia Dostes

Alicia Dostes is a passionate manager with a degree in Chemical Engineering, holding 17 years of experience in notable companies such as AREVA and SOLVAY. Alicia began their career as a process engineering studies engineer at AREVA and subsequently worked at Framatome Romans, advancing to project manager and then to operational support manager. Currently, Alicia serves as the Director of Operations at SEQENS while previously holding the position of Site Director at Domo Chemicals. They manage a team of approximately 60 staff on a 5x8 schedule and oversee 15 daytime operators.
