Anne Colombo currently serves as the Group General Counsel at SEQENS since October 2025. With extensive experience at ENGIE from December 2012 to July 2024, roles included Chief Legal & Ethics Officer for ENGIE France Renewables, overseeing legal and compliance matters, and managing M&A and project finance projects. Earlier roles included Senior Legal Counsel positions at ENGIE and Storengy & Elengy, and Legal Counsel at ArcelorMittal, focusing on various legal disciplines including commercial contracts and litigation. Anne holds two Master's degrees in Business Law from Aix-Marseille University and Université Paris Nanterre.
