Frédéric Pierard is an experienced Lean Expert currently serving as the Responsable de l’excellence opérationnelle at SEQENS. Prior to their role at SEQENS, Frédéric held leadership positions at Kemira Chimie SASU, including Project Manager and EHSQ Manager, where they focused on production process improvements and environmental management. Frédéric holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Ecole Centrale des Arts et Métiers.
