Hong Shen is currently the Director of Analytical Development at Seqens, where they oversee analytical development and quality control, implementing cGMP systems to enhance manufacturing processes. Previously, Hong worked at Sanofi in various roles, establishing and leading analytical method development, and contributing significantly to physicochemical property profiling for early formulation activities. Their earlier experience includes developing high throughput LC/MS methods and supervising laboratory operations at Aventis. Hong holds both BS and MS degrees in Chemistry from Fudan University and is pursuing a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Florida.
