With a strong background in improvement methodologies, Yann previously held roles such as Master Black Belt and Lean Manufacturing Director at Arkema, where they championed Six Sigma practices. Yann's early experience includes positions at Rhodia, where they led various optimization projects, and Even Sante Industrie, focusing on product development. They earned a DESS in Operations, Statistics, and Quality from Université de Bretagne Occidentale.
