Charlène Kamara

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing informatics and clinical documentation. Currently serving as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology since April 2003, Charlene is a clinical documentation expert and leads care plan and patient bedside education initiatives. Previously, Charlene worked as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where implementation of the A4 Healthmatics ED application in the emergency department was a key responsibility. Additional experience includes a role as a Senior Business Consultant for Convergent Medical Terminology at Kaiser Permanente IT and serving as a staff nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Charlene holds a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
