Jean-Baptiste Rey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in urban development and management. Currently serving as Deputy General Director at EPAMARNE/EPAFRANCE since May 2015, Jean-Baptiste is also a co-founder and General Director of SPLA-IN Noisy-Est, contributing to innovative urban redevelopment in Noisy-le-Grand.
