Matthieu Barthelemy

Matthieu Barthelemy is a professional with extensive experience in urban renewal and housing policy. Currently serving as the Coordinator for Large Urban Projects at Seqens since June 2022, Matthieu oversees urban renewal projects in Seine-Saint-Denis, managing various aspects from project monitoring to representation in steering committees. Previously, at ANCTerritoires from August 2020 to June 2022, Matthieu facilitated the integration of urban policy with housing sector initiatives and contributed to financing projects for priority neighborhoods. In earlier roles, Matthieu managed urban planning and land operations for the Ville de Choisy-le-Roi and conducted cultural heritage studies at the Ministry of Culture. Matthieu holds multiple degrees, including a Master 2 in Local Geopolitics and Territorial Governance from the Institut Français de Géopolitique and a Master’s in Political Science from the Université de Bordeaux.
