Michael Levine

Michael Levine is an accomplished investor, board member, and operator with a passion for private market transactions and small business operations. Currently serving as Executive Chair at SeQent and Chairman of the Board at Community Resources and Support Services, they have extensive experience in financial advisory, having co-founded Spruce Grove Capital and worked as an Associate at Lynx Equity where they oversaw portfolio companies across various industries. Michael has also contributed to BDO Canada’s Valuations team and played a pivotal role in Target Canada’s expansion. They hold an M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
