Joel Hutter

Joel Hutter currently serves as the Director of Sales at Seqera, focusing on driving growth in the Diagnostic & Life Sciences sectors through an advanced Enterprise Bioinformatics Platform. Prior to this role, Joel held positions at DNAnexus as both Director of Sales for Pharma and National Account Director, contributing to the development of a secure cloud platform for scientific collaboration. Joel’s experience also includes serving as an Account Executive at Plutora, where the focus was on Value Stream Management for Enterprise IT, and working as an Associate Sales Representative at Stryker, a leading medical technology company. Joel began a professional career as a baseball player with the Baltimore Orioles and holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Math from Dallas Baptist University, along with an Associate of Science degree in Biology from Des Moines Area Community College.
