Ken Brewer

Ken Brewer, PhD, is a Senior Developer Advocate at Seqera and operates Ken Brewer Consulting LLC as a Consultant and Open-Source Developer. Previously, Ken Brewer served as a Senior Software Engineer for the Bioinformatics Platform at GeneDx and worked as a Computational Biologist at ProFound Therapeutics. Ken Brewer's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry and a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Biochemistry, both obtained from Yale University between 2013 and 2020. Ken Brewer also contributed to the academic community as a Postdoctoral Fellow and Graduate Student Researcher at Yale University, in addition to holding the role of Graduate Student Life Fellow.
