Prakash Kumar

Prakash Kumar has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and network engineering. Prakash started their career in 2016 as a Project Engineer at EDGE TELECOM Pvt. Ltd., where they were responsible for configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting network issues. Prakash then moved on to Teleindia Networks Pvt Ltd as a Sr. Project Engineer, where they continued to handle network configuration, integration, migration, and troubleshooting. In 2020, they joined Ishan Group as a Technical Support Executive, where they gained experience in customer handling, fiber restoration, complaint resolving, and maintaining various network technologies. Prakash then worked at Simply Vyapar Apps Pvt Ltd as a Technical Support Executive, providing technical support to customers, handling app installations, bug finding, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Currently, they are employed as a Cyber Security Engineer at SEQRITE, where they are involved in cybersecurity operations.

Prakash Kumar attended Gandhi Engineering College (GEC) in Bhubaneswar, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. Prakash attended the college from 2012 to 2016.
