Rick Earley

Vice President of Software Engineering at Seqster

Rick Earley has worked in the software engineering field since 2003. Rick began their career at Comprehensive Health Services as an Information System Analyst/Developer, where they developed proprietary interfaces to a healthcare management system. Rick then moved on to Lifestyle Home Builders in 2005 as an IT Manager, where they managed multiple Windows 2003 servers and Exchange 2003 server(s). In 2009, they joined Medical Technology Transfer as an IT Specialist. After that, they worked at Space Coast IC as a Web Developer from 2011 to 2012. During this time, they helped streamline business processes, developed new research process systems, and integrated payment gateways. In 2012, they joined Fencl Web Design as a PHP Developer. In 2017, they became the CTO of OWLMO. In 2019, they joined Up-Rev Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer and Carmel Financial Corporation, Inc. as a Lead Software Developer (PHP). Currently, they are the Vice President of Software Engineering and Director of Software Engineering at SEQSTER.

Rick Earley obtained their High School Diploma in Computer Science from Melbourne Senior High School in 1994. Rick has also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Building Resilience as a Leader (May 2021), Programming Foundations: Secure Coding (April 2021), Microservices Foundations (March 2021), and Microservices: Design Patterns (March 2021).
