Kathi Albert

Kathi Albert is a seasoned professional in sales operations and incentive compensation, currently serving as Senior Manager of Sales Operations - Incentive Compensation at Sequel Med Tech since July 2025. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Convatec, where Kathi was the Global Sales Incentives Leader, effectively managing a $30M+ incentive strategy for 1,500 sales employees across multiple business units globally. Kathi also held various positions in respected organizations such as Verizon Wireless, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Janssen, and sanofi-aventis, and has a strong background in developing sales operations functions, CRM development, sales analytics, and fiscal management.
