Simona Jantz

Simona Jantz has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Simona is currently the VP of Quality at Sequel Med Tech, an early-stage company focused on developing precision drug delivery devices. Prior to this, they worked at Getinge as the Director of Quality Operations, where they were responsible for various quality assurance functions. Simona also had roles at Insulet Corporation, including Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement and Senior Manager of Manufacturing Plant QA. At Medtronic, they served as a Quality Manager and Operations Quality Engineer. Additionally, they gained research experience at Queen's University and York University's Multisensory Systems Neuroscience laboratory. Earlier in their career, Simona worked as an Electroencephalogram (EEG) Control Room Technician at the MEHRI Neuroscience Lab.

Simona Jantz holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Neuroscience from Queen's University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Spec. Honours from York University, graduating from 2005 to 2009. Simona also has a background in General Science Studies from Lethbridge College, where they studied from 2004 to 2005. Simona pursued International Management Training at FON University from 2002 to 2004. Simona obtained a Business and Economics Diploma from Ljupco Santov in 1998. Additionally, they have acquired various certifications, such as Leading Leaders from the Leadership Pipeline Institute and Change Management Specialist from the Management and Strategy Institute. Simona has also completed certifications in Operations Management and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma from Alison - Free Online Learning and the Management and Strategy Institute, respectively.
