Lisa Vaughan

Lisa Vaughan serves as the CEO of Sequence Consulting, a firm founded in 2001 that focuses on empowering associations to achieve transformational growth in membership, revenue, and long-term impact. With a background in Big Strategy consulting, Lisa and co-founder Chris launched Sequence with a vision to drive meaningful change within the association sector. Previously, Lisa held the position of Vice President for Global Workforce Development and Organizational Transformation at marchFIRST, where responsibility included leading a workforce of over 10,000 employees across 30 countries and managing strategic initiatives during periods of rapid growth and numerous M&A integrations. Lisa holds a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Hope College.
