Shai Bargil

Shai Bargil has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Shai started their career as a C4I Product & Project Manager in the Israel Defense Forces, where they served from July 2004 to January 2010. Shai then worked as a Product Manager at HOT from August 2010 to September 2012.

From September 2012 to April 2016, Shai worked at CA Technologies as a Senior Project Manager, managing software development and implementation projects for enterprises and government agencies. Shai also managed professional services pre-sale activities, overseeing 30+ projects and generating over $1 million in annual revenue.

Following their time at CA Technologies, Shai joined SCREEMO as Chief Operating Officer in April 2016, where they helped brick and mortar businesses connect their physical customers to digital channels. Shai served in this role until August 2018.

In August 2018, Shai co-founded Pulsee, a predictive analytics platform aimed at reducing employee turnover. Shai served as a Co-Founder until May 2019.

From November 2019 to February 2021, Shai worked as a Startup Mentor at Google for Startups Israel. During the same period, they were also an Entrepreneur In Residence at WeWork.

Since June 2021, Shai has been the CEO & Co-Founder of Sequent Tech.

Shai Bargil earned a Master's degree in Political Sciences from Tel Aviv University, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering-Information Technology from Braude Academic College, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
