SK Padmakumar

SK Padmakumar has had a long and distinguished career in the IT industry. SK began their career in 1986 as an Area Manager with HCL Infosystems Ltd, where they handled IT support for various organizations. In 1993, they moved to Onward Technologies Limited as an Area Manager, responsible for business development and service delivery for IT services. SK then joined Accel ICIM Systems & Services Limited in 1997 as a Senior Manager, where they handled the operations of the Tamilnadu region with 120 engineers and supported the national operations with logistics, technical and repair center support. In 2000, SK Padmakumar joined Accel Systems Group Inc (USA) as Manager of Operations, where they were the on-site manager for several projects with development happening back in India. In 2003, they joined Accel Frontline Ltd as Vice President of Managed Services, where they were involved in setting up and establishing the company in Singapore. In 2015, SK Padmakumar moved to Entomo as Executive Director, setting up and operating the India subsidiary of a fast growing managed services company. In 2018, they joined eNoah as Vice President of Infrastructure and Business Services, heading the Infrastructure practice and business services unit at the Coimbatore region. In 2019, they joined Accel IT Services - A Division of Accel Limited as Vice President. Finally, in 2020, SK Padmakumar joined Sequoia Applied Technologies as Senior Vice President of Cloud Services and Delivery.

SK Padmakumar completed a B.Tech in Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum between 1981 and 1986. SK then obtained a number of certifications, including an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor from BSI Group India Pvt. Ltd. in October 2009, an ITIL V3 Expert (V3) from EXIN in December 2008, an ITIL Service Manager (V2) from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in August 2007, a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) from Cisco in August 2005, a Cisco Certified Network Associate Industrial (CCNA I) from Cisco in January 2001, and an Intel Certified Integration Specialist from Intel Corporation in August 1998.
