Heather Howe

Heather Howe has over 18 years of experience in human resources. Heather currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Sequoia Care, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at American Senior Communities from January 2019 to October 2022. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Signature Rehab from November 2014 to January 2019. Heather also worked as a Regional HR Consultant at Signature HealthCARE from July 2013 to November 2014, and as a Human Resources Director at Signature Rehab from April 2007 to July 2013. Heather began their HR career as a Human Resources Generalist at Signature HealthCARE from August 2004 to April 2007.

Heather Howe holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership & Learning from the University of Louisville. Heather also has a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI.
