Andrew Seals

Andrew Seals is a seasoned professional in employee advocate services, currently serving as Senior Director of Employee Advocate Services at Sequoia since April 2020. In this role, Andrew focuses on modernizing compensation and benefits to help companies attract and retain top talent. Previously, Andrew held positions at Voya Financial as Contact Center Director and Express Scripts, where Andrew progressed from Supervisor to Site Leader/Contact Center Director, overseeing significant teams and multi-million dollar budgets. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Arizona State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix.
