Asif Shariff

Asif Shariff has a strong background in operations management. Asif began their career at Hinduja Global Solutions, where they worked as an Operations Team Lead for eight years from 2010 to 2018. Asif then joined Accenture as a Team Lead, responsible for managing US healthcare operations, including productivity, quality, and resource management. From 2018 to 2020, Asif served as a career counselor to subordinates in this role. Most recently, they joined Sequoia as an Operations Manager in 2020 and was promoted to Senior Operations Manager in 2023. As of now, they continue to hold this position.
