Brandon Todd

Brandon Todd, PHR has a diverse work experience that includes roles at Sequoia Consulting Group, DoorDash, and Hiral For Congress. At Sequoia Consulting Group, they served as a Human Resources Coordinator, supporting HR Business Partners in various HR functions such as account management, client transitions, and terminations. Brandon also acted as the first point of contact for HR-related questions from clients' employees and collaborated with different teams to provide user support for HR, benefits, payroll, and HRIS systems. In addition, Brandon assisted with HR projects, maintained compliance with ACA and EEO-1 reporting requirements, processed Unemployment Notices of Entitlement, managed benefits administration and FMLA, and coordinated daily benefit processing. Prior to their role at Sequoia Consulting Group, Brandon worked in sales and business development at DoorDash, where they contributed to connecting customers with local and national businesses through technology-driven on-demand delivery services. Before that, they held the position of Finance Associate and Social Media Manager at Hiral For Congress between April 2019 and November 2020.

Brandon Todd, PHR holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication from Arizona State University. Brandon also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Political Science and Government, also from Arizona State University. In addition to their degrees, Brandon Todd obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) in November 2022.
