Brandy Echols has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several companies and roles.

Brandy is currently working as a Client Analyst at Sequoia Consulting Group, a tech-enabled consulting and services company that provides HR, payroll, and risk management solutions. Brandy joined the company in February 2022.

Prior to their current role, Brandy worked at Health Choice as a Financial Analyst from August 2018 to February 2022.

Before that, they were a Human Resources Generalist at Apache Nitrogen Products, Inc. from January 2017 to April 2018.

From September 2012 to December 2016, Brandy worked at Canyon Vista Medical Center as a Financial Analyst-Capital & Productivity. Their responsibilities included managing the Capital Asset Life Cycle, assisting the CFO with equipment projects, and supporting hospital leadership with budget and productivity management.

Brandy also held multiple roles at Sierra Vista Regional Health Center, including Recruitment, Compensation and HRIS Manager from September 2004 to June 2011, and Payroll & Benefits Specialist from July 2000 to August 2004. Their responsibilities at this 800-employee hospital included managing payroll, benefits, compensation, recruitment, and ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.

Brandy's previous experience also includes working as a Payroll Operations Manager at Payday Payroll Services from November 1999 to June 2000, and as an Administrative Clerk-Business Division at Santa Ana College from July 1996 to November 1999.

Brandy Echols obtained a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from an unknown start year until 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same university, completing their studies from an unknown start year until 2003.
