Dan Paschal started their work experience in 2012 as a Pizza Delivery Driver at Giordano's - Famous Stuffed Pizza. Dan then worked as a Service Clerk at Walgreens from 2011 to 2015. In 2014, they had internships at GE Capital as a Booking/Customer Care Intern and a COMS Intern. Dan also worked as a Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution Intern at Illinois State University in 2014. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Human Resources Intern at the Alzheimer's Association. Dan then worked as an Insurance Broker/Account Manager at Zenefits from 2016 to 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Benefits Counselor/Agent at Colonial Life. Dan then had roles at ADP, starting as an Open Enrollment Specialist from 2018 to 2021 and later as an HCM Consultant and Implementation Specialist II from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are working as an Onboarding Success Manager at Sequoia Consulting Group starting from 2022.

Dan Paschal earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management, with a minor in Organizational Leadership, from Illinois State University. Dan attended the university from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they studied Business Administration and Management, General at the College of DuPage from 2012 to 2013. Dan obtained their high school diploma from Neuqua Valley High School in 2012. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a Life & Accident/Health Insurance Producer License from the Arizona Department of Insurance in June 2016.
