Danielle Davis has a strong background in human resources and client services. Danielle most recently worked at Sequoia as a Director of Client Service, where they provided strategic benefits, HR, payroll, and risk management services to growing companies. Before that, they worked at Convene as a Director of People & Culture, where they maintained knowledge of departmental policies and ensured superior standards were met. Danielle also has experience at The TJX Companies, Inc., where they served as a Human Resources Business Partner and a TJX Foundation Specialist, managing budgets and building relationships with field associates and community organizations. Danielle started their career at William J. Guarini as a Human Resources Generalist, focusing on onboarding and vendor contracts. Danielle Davis earned a Bachelor's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, which they attended from 2006 to 2009. Danielle later pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Counseling at Montclair State University from 2009 to 2011.
