Diane Cross

Diane Cross currently serves as a Senior Compliance Consultant at Sequoia, a position held since January 2022, where expertise is applied in employee benefit matters, including various regulatory frameworks such as ERISA and the Affordable Care Act. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Benefits Compliance Counsel at NFP and Compliance Consultant at HORAN, focusing on educating employers on compliance issues related to employee benefits. Diane has also managed a college readiness program for under-served students as Site Administrator at the Law & Leadership Institute and held positions in career development and legal consulting. Diane holds a Juris Doctor degree from Florida Coastal School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management Information Systems from Butler University.
