Senior Client Service Manager

Jessy Mack has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. In 2002, Jessy started their career as an Assistant Teacher at Phillips Programs. They then worked as a Graduate Assistant at American University from 2004 to 2005. In 2005, Jessy worked as a Health Promotion Contractor at Virginia Hospital Center. From 2006 to 2008, they served as a Product Management Support at DATATEL. In 2008, Jessy joined Virginia Hospital Center again, this time as the Manager of Corporate Health, a role they held until 2016. From 2016 to 2019, Jessy worked at Cigna, first as a Senior Client Engagement Manager and then as a Behavioral Account Executive. Finally, in 2022, Jessy joined Sequoia Consulting Group as a Senior Client Service Manager, where they currently work.

Jessy Mack earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from James Madison University, where they attended from 1998 to 2002. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Health Promotion Management at American University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2005.
