Lenin Glass

Lenin Glass has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2002, they worked as a Web Designer at VisualZen, Inc. until 2004. From 2004 to 2022, they operated their own photography business called Lenin Glass LLC, where they photographed over 300 weddings for clients, including high-profile individuals and conducted styled-shoots for magazine publishing. In 2008, they joined Oklahoma Web Design & Hosting as a Senior Web Developer, working closely with the CEO for over 11 years. In 2019, they transitioned to Paycom as a Product Designer, eventually becoming a Product Design Team Lead. Finally, they joined Namely in 2021 as a Senior Product Designer and later moved to Sequoia Consulting Group in 2023 as a Lead Product Designer.

Lenin Glass obtained an Associate's degree in Graphic Design from Rose State College, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. In addition to their degree, Lenin has also obtained various certifications related to design. In March 2020, they completed courses such as "Adobe XD Essential Training: Design," "Adobe XD: Building a Responsive Component Library," "Adobe XD: Using UI Kits," "Design Thinking: Understanding the Process," "Sketch Essential Training: The Basics (2017)," and "Sketch: Beyond the Basics" from LinkedIn. These certifications suggest a commitment to staying updated with the latest design software and techniques.
