Matt leads the SMB division for Sequoia Consulting Group. The SMB team is a highly collaborative and strategic group of sales, service, operations, analysts, advocates and more. This team works cohesively to present a unified approach to employee benefits, retirement, risk management, compliance, HR outsourcing, wellbeing and global services to small- and mid-size companies. Matt is responsible for overall strategy, service model, client satisfaction, partnerships, revenue growth and overall P&L success for the SMB division.
