Prostil Hardi

Prostil Hardi has a strong background in engineering and technical leadership. Prostil is currently working at Sequoia as an Engineering Manager since May 2023. Prior to that, they held positions at Huawei Technologies India, starting as a Senior System Architect in November 2018 and later became a Lead Architect in November 2020. Prostil also has experience at Huawei Technologies, where they served as a Senior Technical Lead from June 2016 to November 2020. Before joining Huawei, they gained valuable experience at Innominds as a Principal Engineer from September 2014 to June 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Innominds and Trianz as a Senior Software Engineer from May 2013 to June 2014 and January 2011 to December 2012, respectively. Prostil's career began at 3i Global Pvt. Ltd. where they worked as a Team Lead from April 2009 to December 2010, responsible for recruiting, training, and delegating work, as well as planning the development cycle and decision-making around technology usage. Overall, Prostil has demonstrated a progressive career trajectory and a strong skillset in engineering and technical leadership roles.

Prostil Hardi completed their secondary education from St. Pauls High School, Belgaum, where they obtained their SSLC degree. Prostil attended this school from 1987 to 1997. Later on, from 2002 to 2008, Prostil pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
