Rachel Adamson

Rachel Adamson is currently working as a Sr. Compensation Advisory Consultant at Sequoia Consulting Group. Previously, Rachel served as a Microeconomics Tutor at the UCSB Economics Department, assisting transfer students with Economics 10A. Rachel also worked as a Career Connection Peer Advisor at UCSB Economics Career Connection, providing guidance on resumes, career advice, and CPA eligibility. Rachel has interned at Girard Gibbs LLP and NetApp, where Rachel supported lawyers with research and worked in the tax department providing administrative support. Additionally, Rachel held the position of Senior Associate Consultant at Radford Data & Analytics before their current role.
