Rachel Lee's work experience begins in 2015 as an Accounting Assistant at Quantcast. In 2016, they worked as a Marketing Research Intern at Rady School of Management and as an Optician at C. Sharp Optometry. From 2017 to 2019, Rachel held various roles at Tobi, including Customer Care Representative, Senior Customer Care Representative, and Customer Care Lead. In 2019, they started working as a Front Desk Coordinator at IPSY until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, Rachel worked at Beauty For All Industries (BFA) as both an Office Coordinator and a Front Desk Coordinator. Currently, they are employed as an Operations Coordinator at Sequoia Consulting Group, where they specialize in providing solutions for benefits, HR, payroll, and risk management.

Rachel Lee attended UC San Diego from 2015 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2015, they studied Communication at De Anza College, although they did not receive a degree from there. In January 2021, Rachel obtained a certification in COVID-19 Contact Tracing from Coursera.
