Rich Gordon

Program Manager, Client Services

Rich Gordon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Rich started their career at Student Government Association where they served as the Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems School Representative from April 2015 to May 2016. In 2010, they joined Gordon Consulting as an Executive Assistant and worked there until August 2016.

In 2016, Rich joined Namely where they held various roles over the years. Rich started as a Configuration Analyst from August 2016 to March 2017. Then, they became a Client Support Specialist from March 2017 to November 2021. Simultaneously, they took on the role of Namely Support Lead, Emerging Markets from September 2017 to November 2021. Rich was also a Client Service Lead from July 2018 to November 2021. Finally, they served as a Manager, Client Services from August 2019 to November 2021.

Currently, Rich works at Sequoia as a Manager, Client Experience since November 2021. Rich is now a Program Manager, Client Services since July 2023.

Rich Gordon earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer and Information Systems/Business from Pace University-Pleasantville/Briarcliff Campus, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In addition, they hold a certification in FPC from the American Payroll Association.
