Ruth Buel, PMP, is an experienced professional currently serving as Director of Programs, Director of Data and Enablement, and Director of the Client Analyst Team at Sequoia Consulting Group since April 2006. The Client Analysis Team under Ruth's leadership specializes in designing and maintaining benefit programs for leading high-tech companies in the United States, focusing on enhancing current benefits strategies, benchmarking against industry trends, negotiating with vendor partners, financial modeling, and creating employee communication materials. Prior to Sequoia, Ruth held roles including Financial Analysis and Marketing Manager, Marketing Analyst, and Administrative Assistant at Automation Technology Inc. Ruth holds a B.S. in Psychology from San Jose State University.
