Tate Way

Tate Way is an experienced Client Consultant at Sequoia Consulting Group since April 2022, specializing in strategies to enhance employer and broker engagement in employee benefit programs. Previously, Tate served as National Client Manager and Client Manager at Unum from October 2017 to October 2019 and January 2013 to June 2017, respectively, working with a Fortune 500 company to provide comprehensive life and disability benefits. Earlier experience includes serving as Employee Benefits Account Executive at NFP (formerly Thoits Insurance) from February 2009 to December 2012, focusing on developing competitive benefits packages for mid-size employers. Tate also contributed as an Executive Board Member of Todays Young Professionals at the San Jose Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce in 2011. Tate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from San Francisco State University and attended Presentation High School from 1998 to 2001.
