Valchrista Mitchell has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Valchrista started their career at The University of Arizona as an Orientation Leader and later became a Transfer Cat, where they called potential transfer students and acted as a peer mentor. Valchrista then joined Grand Canyon University as a University Counselor, where they managed prospective student enrollment and database management. Valchrista then transitioned to Oscar Health, where they held multiple roles including Special Projects Associate, Enrollment Guide, and Provider Contracting Associate. In these roles, they conducted outbound and inbound calls, discussed potential roadblocks and project results, and assisted members with enrolling into insurance policies. Currently, Valchrista is working at Sequoia as a Salesforce Support Engineer and Employee Advocate, providing support for people-first companies in the areas of benefits, HR, retirement, and insurance services.

Valchrista Mitchell's education history began in 2011 when they enrolled at the University of Arizona, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature. Valchrista successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2015.

In 2018, Valchrista pursued further education at Grand Canyon University, where they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Communications, Education. Valchrista completed their postgraduate studies in 2019.

Valchrista's educational journey continued in 2020 when they enrolled in Udacity and embarked on the "Programming for Data Science with Python Nanodegree" program. Their participation in this program lasted until 2021.

Aside from their formal education, Valchrista Mitchell also obtained additional professional certifications. In September 2018, they achieved the "Insurance Agent, Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life & Variable Annuities" certification from the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions.
