Previously, Vishal held significant roles at Gameskraft, where achievements included scaling talent acquisition to over 700 hires and reducing hiring costs by 90%. As Founder & CEO of Cohabit, Vishal established a leading brand in providing home-like living solutions across India. Additional roles include Associate Director of People & Talent at Crypso, where key contributions involved building a recruitment foundation for a seed-stage startup, and Senior Manager positions at Smartworks and CoWrks, where talent acquisition efforts led to substantial scaling. Vishal co-founded Lead HR Solutions, focusing on client acquisition and recruitment team management.
