Wayne Lee

Wayne Lee is an accomplished engineering professional with over three decades of experience in the field. Currently serving as Principal Consultant since March 2024, Wayne has held the position of Principal Engineer at Sequoia Consulting Group, LLC since May 2016. Previously, Wayne managed manufacturing engineering automation at Gilead Sciences from July 2014 to May 2016 and worked as a Senior Automation Engineer II at Shire from February 2013 to June 2014. With a background as a Senior Engineer at Genentech from August 2005 to February 2013 and as an Engineer at IDEC Pharmaceuticals/Biogen Idec from July 2002 to August 2005, Wayne also gained valuable experience at Amgen and served in the US Navy aboard the USS Cavalla (SSN-684) from 1984 to 1988. Wayne holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University.
