Tom Ronen

Tom Ronen currently serves as the VP of Customer Success at Harvey and acts as an advisor for Sequoia Capital and Primary Venture Partners. With a robust background in SaaS, Tom was a key player at monday.com, where they expanded the Customer Success team from its inception, overseeing significant growth and operational excellence while managing over $400M in ARR. Prior to their career in tech, Tom spent eight years as a naval officer in the Israeli Navy, where they commanded patrol boats and led technology advancement projects. Tom holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Management from the University of Haifa.
