Marcin Malek

Marcin Malek, MBA, is a seasoned professional in business strategy and operations, currently serving as the Team Leader for Innovation & Corporate Strategy at Seqwater since 2024. Previously, Marcin worked as a Business Advisory Specialist in Group Strategy at Virgin Australia, where they led significant transformation initiatives resulting in over $400 million in savings and contributed to the company's Net-Zero strategies. Their earlier experiences include roles at Monitor Deloitte, where Marcin successfully shaped client strategies and contributed to major operational improvements, and at Intact and Sanofi Pasteur, where they developed specialized skills in underwriting and bioprocess engineering.
