Stephen Walker

Stephen Walker is a Chartered Engineer and Economist with a robust background in asset management for public infrastructure, including water, sewerage, power, and roads. Currently, they serve as the General Manager of Asset Strategy and Planning, leading the development of asset strategies across the Asia-Pacific region. Stephen has previously held the position of Business Unit Manager for Cardno’s Asset Strategies team from 2012 to 2018, overseeing management and financial performance while also contributing to strategic asset management projects and implementing ISO55001. They hold a Diploma in Asset Management (IAM) with Distinction and are a Certified Asset Management Assessor for ISO55001.
