John Palys

John Palys has extensive experience in the field of automation engineering, genetics, and reagent development. John has been a Senior Automation Engineer at seqWell since 2022. Prior to that, they were an NGS Scientist at Veritas Genetics from 2022, where they were experienced in NGS chemistries, assays, and workflows, as well as automated extraction chemistries and DNA/RNA sequencing. John also had experience with genotyping using MALDI-TOF for pharmacogenomics. Before that, they were a Reagent and Automation Development Scientist at Beckman Coulter and Agencourt Biosciences from 2005.

John Palys attended the Postbaccalaureate Premedical Program at Harvard University Division of Continuing Education and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
