Jeff Klink has a diverse work experience in various technology-related roles. Jeff started their career as Chief Architect/Technology at Net Integration Technologies in 2002, where they led the design and development of x86 based Linux Small to Medium business appliances. Jeff then joined IBM in 2008 as the CTO of IBM Lotus Foundations after IBM acquired Net Integration's product. From 2011 to 2013, they served as the Director of IBM Cloud - Worldwide Channels, where they focused on assisting clients in adopting cloud solutions and building a global team specialized in architectural review and design guidance. Jeff then joined SoftLayer, an IBM Company, as the Startup Mentor in 2013 and was later promoted to Director (STSM) of Softlayer - Worldwide Channels. In 2015, they co-founded Liasn and served as the CTO, where they built and sold a web and mobile platform for automotive dealerships. From 2016 to 2018, Jeff worked at National Prostaff as the CTO/VP Software Development & Architecture, overseeing the design and implementation of their social commerce platform. Currently, they are the Vice President of Engineering & Cloud at Sera4 since 2019. Throughout their career, Jeff has also been involved in mentoring startup founders and speaking at various global locations.

Jeff Klink began their education in 1999 at the University of Waterloo, where they pursued a Bachelor of Mathematics degree in Computer Science - Software Engineering. Jeff studied at the university for a period of five years, graduating in 2004. Following their graduation, it seems that Jeff took a break from formal education before resuming their studies in 2006.
