Jerod D. Klink has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jerod D. is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Sera4, a position they have held since 2014. Prior to that, Jerod was the Founder and Wireless Locksmith at LockedUp, a role in which they developed business and technology plans for an embedded wireless platform for "smart lock" applications and products. At LockedUp, Jerod's responsibilities included business management, sales and marketing, and serving as the technology lead.

Before founding LockedUp, Jerod worked at Research In Motion (now BlackBerry) in various roles from 2005 to 2014. Jerod D. held the position of Manager of WLAN Radio Development, where they led a team of software engineers to design and deliver software for BlackBerry's WLAN radio communications. Jerod also served as a Team Lead for Handheld Software, Unified Communications and Collaboration, overseeing the development and shipment of the BlackBerry MVS handheld client.

Jerod began their career at Breslau Electric as a Software Developer from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they worked at alt.software as an Embedded Software Developer from 2000 to 2001. Jerod D. also had a role as a Software Developer at Nortel Networks from 1998 to 2000.

Throughout their career, Jerod has demonstrated expertise in business management, technology development, and leadership. Jerod D. has successfully brought products to market, collaborated with strategic partners, and managed large teams of engineers.

Jerod D. Klink completed their Bachelor of Mathematics degree in Computer Science at the University of Waterloo from 1995 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained a certification called "Introduction to 5G" from LinkedIn in June 2021.
