Cédric ROBERT

Cédric Robert is a Group IT/IS Manager with extensive experience in applications and first-level support management. They served as the Applications & 1st level support manager at Serac from 2019 to 2021, overseeing business software, project management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Before that, Cédric worked as a Red Light Radar support technician at Morpho Detection, LLC, and held the position of PLM & CRM Administrator at Serac Group from 2010 to 2018, where they managed PLM and CRM systems across multiple branches. Cédric holds a Baccalauréat in Sciences de l'Ingénieur, a DUT in Génie Electrique et Informatique Industrielle, and a Licence Professionnelle in Systèmes Informatiques et Réseaux Industriels.
