Cory Schneider, M.A., SPHR, CDE, is currently the Director of Advisory at Seramount and has over 12 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, and organizational culture transformation. Previously, Cory served as the Executive Director of Leadership Advisory at Russell Reynolds Associates, where strategic initiatives led to a 55% increase in employee engagement and a 40% increase in underrepresented talent. As the Founder and Principal Consultant at Cory Schneider & Associates, Cory designed numerous executive development programs, reaching thousands of leaders and significantly improving change readiness. Cory's work is deeply informed by behavioral science and a commitment to fostering inclusive workplace cultures. Outside of professional efforts, Cory engages in writing and facilitating workshops focused on LGBTQ+ leadership.
