Dylan Schuler currently serves as Relationship Director at Seramount since January 2025, engaging with over 40 corporate, non-profit, and government partners to guide their DEI strategies. In addition, Dylan works as a BODYPUMP Group Fitness Instructor at VIDA Fitness & Aura Spa since February 2022. Previously, from August 2020 to January 2025, Dylan held various roles at EAB, culminating as Associate Director of Account Management where oversight included EAB's Transfer Portal and management of regional account renewals. Dylan's career began at William & Mary, where roles included Senior Interviewer and Orientation Area Director. Dylan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from William & Mary, completed in 2018.
