Laura Sherbin, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational culture and work-life policies. Currently serving as Managing Director at Seramount, Laura has also held the same title at Culture@Work, which is now part of Seramount Consulting. Prior to these roles, Laura was the Senior Vice President and Director of Research at the Center for Work-Life Policy. Additionally, Laura has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University in the City of New York.
