Tanya Stanfield is a seasoned client connector and director-level business development leader known for fostering enterprise relationships and driving growth. They began their career as a Major Works Officer at Homes for Islington before transitioning to roles such as a Contract Account Executive, where they provided project management for non-profit communications agencies. Tanya later excelled as Director of Operations & Communications at WeSolv, significantly expanding its audience, and at LCW, where they spearheaded a dedicated sales function that quadrupled sales growth.
