Jackie Shriver

Jackie Shriver currently serves as the VP of Customer Success at Seraphic Security, a position held since July 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Customer Success at Obsidian Security and various positions at Zscaler, Cisco, Citrix, and Perimeter eSecurity, where responsibilities encompassed managing customer lifecycles, developing global teams, and driving retention and expansion strategies.
